Answer by Willy David Jr for Owin error with ASP.NET MVC application

This is what I have done:

1. Since I have 3 projects in one solution, I had to open all bin folder of each project and delete all files there.

2. Build each project one by one.

3. Build the whole solution.

Problem solves on my part.
